Tugu Kunstring Paleis Restaurant was an originally housed Fine Arts Circle of the Dutch East Indies (Nederlandsch – Indische Kunstkring of Dutch East Indies). Then in April 2013, this building has been re-opened under the name the Tugu Kunstkring Pales, under Tugu Hotels & Restaurants Group.

The Tugu Kunstkring Paleis is a proud of art exhibitions, as well as other events of Arts and History. Without changing the palatial architecture, this restaurant represents a vast collection of the beautiful artworks, and romance of Indonesia atmosphere.

This restaurant had a capacity up to 1000 people for a large event space. They also has an unwind and relaxing lounge called “The World of Suzie Wong”, that inspired by the dramatic atmosphere of Hongkong post-war in the 60s.

Moreover, this restaurant also hosts a gallery where guests can buy beautiful artworks, jewels, and lifestyle product.

The most favorite menu in this restaurant is Rijjstafel Betawi. This food presents a lifestyle culinary experience from the colonial times. The food is created by the inland Dutch. The grand meal consists of a lot of different Indonesian dishes varying in spices, color, and flavors.
