Merah Putih Restaurant is a classy restaurant that serves Indonesian cuisine. Located in Seminyak, Bali made this restaurant becomes the best restaurant for tourist. The main dining area seats 110 people across the main floor and 24-30 in three teak pods on a mezzanine.

The menu is separated into two sections, presentinf an opportunity to discover different konf of Indonesian cuisine. The traditional section, simple cooking procedures highlight the refined balance of regional dishes using selected meats, locally sourced produce, and aromatic spices. In the modern section, the creation imaginative culinary which take the basis best of Indonesia’s traditional ingredients.

The dining concept actually inspired by the local nasi padang, where people have an array dishes to choose form; hence the small places to share. The dining space is gorgeous with a high ceiling and solar filtered glass walls that allow light to shine in and fill in the restaurant.
